Restaurants can now Grill Outside according to Senate

With moments to spare before Memorial day, Governor Cooper has signed off on Senate Bill 24 to allow restaurants to grill outside their buildings.

Grill Bill” to let restaurants cook outside 
Senate Bill 24, known as the “Grill Bill,” passed unanimously in both chambers of the General Assembly. By allowing North Carolina restaurants to cook on outdoor grills, food establishments and hotels will have added flexibility to attract more customers to their services.
